Production Process

3D Design
creating a precise digital model using specialized software.

Prototyping (3D Printing)
A physical version of the design is produced using a 3D printer to create a resin or wax master pattern.

Rubber Molding (Optional for Mass Production)
the resin model is encased in silicone rubber and heat-vulcanized.

Wax Treeing
The wax replicas are attached to a central wax sprue, creating a structure that resembles a tree.

Investment Casting (Lost-Wax Method)
Wax replicas are attached to a “tree,” encased in plaster (investment), and heated in a kiln so the wax melts away, leaving a hollow mold.

Casting
Molten 925 Sterling Silver is poured into the mold. Once cooled, the plaster is removed to reveal the silver pieces

Benchwork
The raw silver is cleaned, filed, and sanded to remove rough edges and imperfections.

Finishing
The jewelry is polished to a mirror shine and often plated with Rhodium to prevent tarnishing and enhance durability.
